Our Mission Statement:

PArTNR’s mission is to responsibly manage cat populations and enhance feline welfare through Trap, Neuter, and Return (TNR), vaccination, and educational initiatives. The organization advocates for humane, non-lethal approaches to controlling breeding cycles, lowering shelter admissions, preventing pet abandonment, and fostering harmonious coexistence. As a non-profit, PArTNR is committed to reducing the outdoor cat population and mitigating animal suffering through community-centered efforts. Their services include TNR procedures, vaccinations, rescue of injured cats, and rehoming kittens, all aimed at advancing the well-being of cats through compassionate and sustainable care.
